GRIDLOCK in urban areas is costing car-commuting households £4.4 billion a year, according to a report. Congestion in London accounts for £2 billion of the overall annual cost, the report by traffic information company Inrix and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) showed. Earlier on today we reported that Citroen is launching the DS3 Racing, a hot-hatch version of the new DS3. And whenever we report on a new car it’s always nice to have a video to go with it.
